CL-639AL-CPLC DOUBLE-LAYER AND DOUBLE-SIDE INFRARED CONTROL SOLE ATTACHING PRODUCTION
LINE （FILTER EXHAUST FAN WITH ACTIVATED CARBON ）
1、利用高效近紅外線燈管原理，配合熱風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，可快速穩(wěn)定烘干膠水，是一種高效的制鞋貼底烘干線。
2、該線為雙邊雙向型設(shè)計(jì)，即左右兩側(cè)的輸送裝置為獨(dú)立運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)控制，可調(diào)置鞋架與上層皮帶均可左右正反
獨(dú)立運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，箱體也為左右獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)，左右加熱，互不影響，作業(yè)中依據(jù)實(shí)際需要可單獨(dú)打開(kāi)一邊即可。
3、采用精密SCR控制器配合數(shù)字溫度控制系統(tǒng)，大底、鞋面烘箱采用獨(dú)立溫度，依不同鞋材材質(zhì)設(shè)定溫度，溫
度恒定精確，貼合效果更佳。
4、采用特殊進(jìn)口又低炫光紅外線燈管，不傷眼睛，不需預(yù)熱，通過(guò)直接利用紅外線燈管的輻射加熱方式，隨
機(jī)開(kāi)啟約2分鐘即可快速達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度。
5、采用PLC控制，人機(jī)界面操作，配置攝像頭，智能化系統(tǒng)控制，可整機(jī)對(duì)接工業(yè)4.0;
6、各工位刷膠作業(yè)區(qū)，均配置有活性炭抽風(fēng)機(jī)。可對(duì)于作業(yè)中產(chǎn)生的膠味收集，過(guò)濾處理，凈化作業(yè)環(huán)境。
7、各段箱體溫度數(shù)據(jù)，溫度曲線，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度，產(chǎn)能均以數(shù)字化顯示設(shè)定。
8、各段箱體均獨(dú)立配置超溫保護(hù)裝置，更確保安全，產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)更穩(wěn)定。
1. Based on the principle of effective NIR lamp and coordinated with hot air recycling system, it can dry the glue rapidly
and stably, it is a highly effective drying line for sole attaching .
2. This production line is designed to be bilateral and bidirectional, namely, the conveying equipments on left and right
are controlled separately, the adjustable shoe rack and the upper belt can operate separately forward ,backward, left
and right in direction. The oven body is also designed to allow a separate heating on left and right, without any impacts
on each other. You can open a single side in accordance to actual need in operation.
3. Coordinating with digital temperature control system, the precise SCR controller is adopted, the oven of outsole and
upper lasted set independent different temperature based on different texture of shoe, the temperature is constant
and precise which facilitate the lamination.
4. Special imported infrared light tub with low glare, which does not do harm to eyes, and need not to preheat either, it
is heated directly by the radiation of the infrared light tub, about 2 minutes after the machine is turned on, the
temperature set will be soon reached.
5. PLC control and human-computer interface operation are adopted together with camera and intelligent system
control, which can be connected to the requirements of Industry 4.0.
6. Each work place is equipped with activated carbon exhaust fans which can absorb the gas produced by glue, filter and
purify the working environment.
7. Each section oven of the inner temperature, temperature curve, run speed and actual production output are displayed
and operated in the digital interface, also, the machine is designed to inspect and remind automatically for a malfunction.
8. To ensure shoe quality best, each section oven of the machine provides independent functions of over temperature
protection and appropriate alarm lamp.
